How will I receive my knitting pattern after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing a download link. You can also access your patterns at any time by logging into your account on our website.
What format are the patterns provided in?
All Morecaknit patterns are provided as high-quality, printable PDF files. You will need a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat, to view them on your device.
Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
Yes, we offer patterns for all skill levels. Each product description includes a difficulty rating ranging from 'Beginner' to 'Advanced' to help you choose the right project.
Can I return a digital pattern for a refund?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed. However, if you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Am I allowed to sell items made from Morecaknit patterns?
Yes, you are welcome to sell finished items made from our patterns on a small scale. We simply ask that you credit Morecaknit as the designer in your product listings.
